When we offer a full refund or replacement: We accept refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was lost in transit and never arrived

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at axelskin.store@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve your issue with either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

What we do not cover: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size/shade selection. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We do not cover issues reported more than 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Refund processing time: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
