Shipping policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping time: We ship worldwide from our overseas fulfillment warehouse. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Singapore: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons such as holidays.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email within 3–5 business days of placing your order. Track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Axelskin. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us at axelskin.store@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
